RTC FC faced a difficult challenge in the 2026 BoB Bhutan Premier League as they suffered a narrow 1–0 defeat against Paro FC at Woochu Sports Arena on August 20, 2026. The match was closely contested, with Paro FC managing to secure all three points through a disciplined performance.
